I often tend to find that my position within the company can at times wear me down when having to pick up the pieces that are left behind by contractors and sub contractors alike. Lack of quality, lack of pride and lack of care are sometimes all too familiar to me and become extremely tiresome. However none of the above applies to you. The standards you have set to date are second to none and you have surpassed any expectations I ever had with regard to plastering, painting and rendering. Your attitude towards your work is absolutely first class and I can honestly say that the quality of your work is the best I have ever seen. Your company has been like a breath of fresh air to me. Your staff are all reliable, trustworthy and honest. Qualities you should all be proud of.
Your employees have given up precious time away from their families and friends by working until late at night and at weekends to help achieve plot completions. The site looks superb and I along with the rest of the management team greatly appreciate this.
